Plan Components:  The envisioned critical path recognizes that this particular model has two intertwined platform elements:

• Job Training Centers – projected budget – $1 Billion Dollars. Future’s humanitarian based initiatives projects the development of a series of centers designed to couple technology based centers both on and off K – 12, community college and 4-year university sites, as well as combined with other economic development assets to facilitate an enhanced strategy to allow those within 130% of the local poverty guidelines to access skill training facilities to enhance job qualification skills.
• Real Estate Development – projected budget – $5 Billion Dollars. In order to compliment the job training formula, Future intends to develop retail, affordable housing, office and hotel based development projects to provide a companion economic development stimulus, to translate the job training component with tangible employment opportunities to meet not only current market demands, but also those that would be created by the development initiatives projected by the Future development team.
